As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Laura Curry believes that every person deserves a space to feel seen and heard. She is a dedicated and authentic therapist who is honored to walk alongside individuals, couples, and families as they navigate a wide range of life's challenges.

Laura's professional experience spans all life stages and she works with concerns including anxiety, grief, addiction, and relationship issues. She holds a special commitment to supporting communities who carry unique backgrounds, such as first responders, military veterans, and new parents navigating postpartum challenges.

Her therapeutic approach is client-centered and eclectic, meaning your work together will be uniquely tailored to you. Rather than fitting you into a single framework, Laura draws from a variety of evidence-based modalities to create a flexible and personalized plan for your growth. She utilizes approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to build practical skills in mindfulness, emotion regulation, and coping. Ultimately, Laura’s goal is to help you build resilience, learn new skills, and find your way forward so you can thrive.
